Gerard Butler is thick in the midst of filming his next flick 'Playing The Field'. And insiders squeal that he's taking the title of his movie a little too seriously… reportedly, "playing the field" with a certain Kangna Ranaut. Butler's recent visit on the sets of Vinay Sapru's Happy New Year in the US did set tongues wagging. Six years on from his debut lyrical performance, Bollywood superstar Abhishek Bachchan will take to the microphone once again for the highly anticipated release, ‘Dum Maaro Dum’, directed by Rohan Sippy.  Having broken records with his ‘Right Here Right Now’ rap number for ‘Bluffmaster’, also directed by Rohan Sippy, lead actor Abhishek has performed a special rap song titled ‘Thayn Thayn’ for the high voltage music soundtrack, created by maverick composer, Pritam.

Bollywood actress Lara Dutta and tennis ace Mahesh Bhupathi Wednesday had a registered marriage

Announcing their wedding on microblogging site Twitter, Mahesh posted his picture with Lara, saying: “Mr. and Mrs Bhupathi folks…”

On Feb 19, the couple will reportedly have a Church wedding in Goa and their sangeet ceremony is Feb 18.

After months of speculations that they are dating, Lara, 32, and Mahesh, 36, disclosed their engagement in September last year.

After Tees Maar Khan, the estranged lovers Katrina Kaif and Salman Khan will be seen together again.

Katrina Kaif has bagged two big s Yash Raj Film projects opposite the two Khans of Bollywood. She'll be seen romancing Salman Khan in Kabir Khan's film. Also, Katrina will star opposite SRK in Yash Chopra's direction.

It will be interesting to see Salman and Katrina back together given the past they share. The film will be directed by Kabir Khan for Yash Raj Films were last seen together in a Tees Maar Khan song.

"She's in talks with Kabir for the project. It's a performance oriented role in the league of New York," a source told Mid Day.

Her other project with Yash Raj banner is opposite King Khan. SRK- Katrina starrer will be directed by Yash Chopra himself. This will catch much attention, as they have never been paired together.

"The film with Shah Rukh will be a romantic one and will go on floor by the end of this year. The Salman- Kat starrer is an action-thriller-romance," a source told the tabloid.

Earlier, Salman opted out of Chak De! as YRF refused to pay his asking price. However, now they have started paying megabucks to the A-List actors like Aamir Khan for Dhoom 3. Even Salman is getting his asking price this time, reported the tabloid.

"No cast has been locked for either Yashji or Kabir's film. We would request you to wait for our announcement," YRF spokesperson informed the tabloid.

After breaking up with Ranbir Kapoor Deepika has been seen in the company of Siddharth Mallya quite often. Though many thought that they share a committed rapport, but the reality was something else. Only recently did it surface when it was reported that Deepika is non-committal about her bond with the industrialist son.

There were even reports that Siddharth Mallya is planning to launch his own film production just to please his lady love. But the lady in questions seems to be sans love for the scion. This is probably the reason why Deepika lately said that she is still not found her dream man.

Siddharth Mallya on his part has also started to play it safe in the light of Deepika's non-committal stand. His recent comments have been more open ended than sweeping statements.

In the past months, the couple has been increasingly making solo appearances. In fact, industry watchers have noticed that the two have not been seen together in a long time now.

While John has been making his mandatory appearances for endorsements and such, Bips too has been showing up at parties and events solo. Hrithik Roshan's birthday bash was a case in point, where sources say the Bong beauty was keen on coming with beau John, but he reneged. Bipasha was still seen having a good time at the do, albeit, by herself.

Bipasha, of course, dismisses the latest set of rumours out of hand, saying that while she and John have been too busy with their projects to attend events together, they are still very much a couple. Friends, though, disagree, saying while the duo has been busy in the past as well, they have always made time for each other, something they aren't doing now.

For the record, Bipasha and John, both have had their share of rumoured flings over the years. While it wasn't long ago that Basu was famously linked to soccer star Cristiano Ronaldo in a series of paparazzi pics, John was apparently smitten with co star Vidya Balan while shooting Nikhil Advani's 'Salaam E Ishq'.

Insiders' intuition suggests that the vibe between the two has chilled after being together for eight years now and that duo's relationship is caught in the doldrums.

Still, one hopes that this iciness is only momentary, for the two really look good together. And simply put, a good thing mustn't go to waste.
